The City of Trenton UEZ has funds to repair sidewalks in commercial corridors for free. Even though the City Code says that the property owners are responsible for fixing the sidewalks in front of their property, these UEZ would cover the entire cost to property/business owners (certain restrictions may apply).
In order to do this, The UEZ requires two businesses along the block to become certified UEZ members. It is free and and we can help you through the process at City Hall.
